Wegweisendes, Experimentelles und Zeitgemässes aus Mode-, Grafik- und Produktdesign: Die Bestform 2026 im @kornhausforum war mit 1263 Besucher:innen einmal mehr ein toller Erfolg für das Berner Designschaffen! Vom 27.3.–3.5. wurden in der Ausstellung neun jüngst geförderte Designprojekte aus dem Kanton Bern präsentiert – sie bildeten mit ausgewählten Objekten aus der über 150-jährigen «Sammlung angewandte Kunst Kanton Bern» spannende Paare.

The exhibition Where the City Breathes, produced in 2026, presents Dominic Nahr‘s (@dominicnahr) perspective on the city of Biel/Bienne (@bienvenueinbiel). This documentary body of work is part of the artist’s ongoing exploration of place, attention, and contemporary urban life. It is also the third exhibition at the Biel/Bienne Festival of Photography (@bielerfototage)to offer a photographic insight into the city. @cultureinbiel

Die Ausstellung „Where the City Breathes“ wurde im Jahr 2026 produziert und ist Dominic Nahrs Blick auf die Stadt Biel/Bienne. Diese dokumentarische Arbeit ist Teil der fortlaufenden Auseinandersetzung des Fotografen mit Ort, Aufmerksamkeit und dem zeitgenössischen städtischen Leben. Die Ausstellung ist zudem die dritte im Rahmen der Bieler Fototage, die einen fotografischen Einblick in Biel/Bienne bietet.

L’exposition « Where the City Breathes » a été produite en 2026 et constitue le regard de Dominic Nahr sur la ville de Biel/Bienne. Ce travail documentaire s’inscrit dans la réflexion continue du photographe sur le lieu, l’attention et la vie urbaine contemporaine. L’exposition est également la troisième organisée dans le cadre des Journées photographiques de Bienne, offrant un aperçu photographique de Biel/Bienne.

Les affiches pour "Isao Takahata. Pionnier du dessin animé contemporain, de l’après-guerre au Studio Ghibli" ont pris place dans le quartier des arts Plateforme 10. ✨

Pour illustrer l’exposition, les affiches, conçues par @chillllllllll, mettent "Heidi" (1974) et "Le Tombeau des lucioles" (1988) en avant. Ces deux visuels permettent ainsi de montrer des facettes différentes de Isao Takahata : sa relation avec l’Occident ainsi que son regard sur le Japon. Ces thématiques, comme bien d’autres, seront abordées au sein de l’exposition, qui débutera le 24 avril 2026.

✨Sarah Lombardi, Werner Jeker, « 50 ans d’affiches de la Collection de l’Art Brut, 50 years of posters from the Collection de l’Art Brut », Milan/Lausanne, 5 Continents/Collection de l’Art Brut, 2026.

📚Un livre au format A3 qui rassemble une sélection de 50 affiches d’expositions de la Collection— créées par Werner Jeker depuis l’ouverture du musée en 1976 jusqu’à aujourd’hui. Graphiste d’origine suisse alémanique, installé à Lausanne depuis 1972, fondateur des Ateliers du Nord, Werner Jeker est internationalement reconnu pour ses affiches et ses livres. Il signe ici également la maquette de l’ouvrage.

À travers ce projet, la Collection de l’Art Brut rend hommage à cinq décennies de collaboration fructueuse — et à un regard graphique qui a accompagné, sans interruption, chaque exposition depuis le premier jour.

👉 Ce catalogue constitue alors autant d’œuvres à part entière, réunies pour la première fois dans un livre au format A3 ou chaque page est détachable !

In Zusammenarbeit mit der @fachklassegrafikluzern wurde die Piazza vor der Kantonalbank vom 13. bis 24. März 2026 auch dieses Jahr zu einer farbenfrohen Ausstellung.🖼️

Die Lernenden des dritten Ausbildungsjahres setzten das Thema «Verschiebungen»🧩 kreativ um und zeigten vielfältige Perspektiven aus dem Alltag mit originellen Plakaten, die zum «Blickwechsel» anregen.
