Connection is more than just a conversation—it’s preventative mental healthcare. ✨

This Mental Health Week, we’re highlighting the vital role of community care in Quebec. With waitlists for traditional services often stretching from 6 to 24 months, many Quebecers are left navigating their mental health journey alone.

We believe you shouldn’t have to reach a “tipping point” to be heard. Statistics show that a strong sense of community belonging makes us 61% more likely to report excellent mental health.

Community organizations are the frontline of prevention, acting as a “pressure valve” to break isolation and build resilience before a challenge becomes a crisis. But for this safety net to hold, we need to value and invest in the community spaces that keep us connected.

How to find support today:
- Book a free active listening session and connect with an empathetic listener.
- Consult our Resource Directory to find a curated list of mental health services in Quebec

Both can be found at the link in bio 🔗

No matter where you are, you shouldn’t have to wait to feel lighter. We’re here to listen.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at yesterday’s first edition of our new series 🪡 Stitch Over Tea ☕️ where we delved into a beginner cross stitch workshop and got to hang out, meet new folks, sip on some tea+coffee and work on something creative together! We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Thank you to Vent Over Tea’s own, @mari__norton for being an incredible facilitator and creating the most adorable patterns for everyone to work on! And lastly, thank you @cafepista for hosting us, as always. Your space has been an incredible hub for our community to gather and connect 💛

Through Writing, a meditative journaling workshop to explore the connection between mindfulness and creative expression. During this workshop, we will learn how writing can be a surprising tool for introspection, as well as an accessible skill to cope with stress.

Through gentle prompts, guided meditations, and periods of free writing, participants are encouraged to let go of perfection and simply observe what arises on the page. No prior writing experience is needed. Together, we will cultivate a practice of writing that is less about crafting and more about listening to thoughts and to feelings.

Join us:
🗓️ Wednesday May 6 2026
🕕 6:00 - 8:00pm
📍Virtual (Link will be sent to you by email!)

✍️Bring something you would feel comfortable to write with, pen, notebook, computer, and maybe even a nice cup of tea
🎟️ This event is free! RSVP now (link in bio)

Although led primarily in English, this event is open to French speakers as well as our facilitator is bilingual.

Join us for a warm Tuesday morning for the second iteration of our gathering, Community Care Café! This event is for people doing care-centered and community-rooted work, including organizers, facilitators, mental health and cultural workers, and community builders.

Whether you come to vent, reflect, dream up collaborations, exchange resources, or simply sit with others who understand the weight and beauty of this work, you’re welcome here.

The gathering will be lightly structured with small discussion circles guided by optional prompts, followed by open time to mingle, rest, or linger. There is no expectation to speak, produce, or perform. Come as you are.

Participants are warmly encouraged to bring along any resources they’ve found helpful in their work; tools, readings, organizations, practices, or connections they’d like to share. Resource-sharing is optional and informal.

Meet us:
🗓️ Tuesday May 5, 2026
🕙 10:00am - 12:00pm
📍Café Pista | Quartier des Spectacles - 1587 Boul. Saint-Laurent

☕🍪To help us thank Café Pista for hosting us, we kindly ask each participant to purchase a drink or a pastry during the event.
🎟️ RSVP for the event is free (link in bio)! Capacity is limited.

If your work involves holding others, this space is for you ✨

Engaging in a tactile craft like cross-stitching isn’t just about the finished product; it’s about the process. The repetitive, rhythmic nature of stitching can induce a “flow state,” lowering stress levels and providing a much-needed meditative break for your brain.

This Sunday, we’re inviting you to explore this process with us at Pista St-Laurent.

Whether you’re a total beginner or haven’t picked up a needle in years, this workshop is a safe, cozy space to learn a new skill and connect with your community.

Meet us:
🗓️ Sunday April 26, 2026
🕙 10:00am - 12:30pm
📍Café Pista | Quartier des Spectacles - 1587 Boul. Saint-Laurent

☕🍪To help us thank Café Pista for hosting us, we kindly ask each participant to purchase a drink or a pastry during the event.

🎟️ RSVP for the event is free and mandatory! Capacity is limited. https://stitchovertea.eventbrite.com (linkinbio)

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.

Advantages of Anonstories
