We’re thrilled to finally share our 2nd album, Biolumy, with you all. This record is our first featuring all original compositions - some of which our dedicated fans may recognize from our live shows!

It’s been an epic journey bringing these pieces into the world and we’re so grateful to the incredible people who’ve joined us along the way. Our dear friends Noël Wan, Sierra Schmeltzer, and Aaron Reihs contributed stunningly imaginative performances to the title track, Biolumy. Patrick Dillon Curry went far beyond engineering and mastering our record, taking ample time to understand our music and share our vision for the album.

Our friends, family, and fans who believed in us and helped us surpass our Kickstarter goal by 170%. This album is a self-produced record which we crafted ourselves in a small room in LA. Thanks to everyone else around us, it will leave that space and be shared with the world.

We traveled to Philadelphia a few weeks ago for our semifinal and final rounds, where we ate cheesesteaks, ruminated on the parameters that go into the making of a good cheesesteak, and played our hearts out on stage at Temple University for the amazing panel of judges at the 2023 Astral Artists National Competition.

super late to posting this, but it was amazing to arrive home in LA after being gone for 3 weeks to find physical copies of a new album on MSR classics (works vol 3: high voice and piano trio) featuring the music of Daniel Carr, played by my trio @beneficpianotrio, and beautifully sung by Mindy @mindyella resting on my table

So proud of everyone involved and big thanks to Dan Carr for reaching out to us in the first place so that this project could come to life

Recording this in 7 days in the middle of one of the busiest times of my life felt like a huge undertaking and I’m thankful for the support this whole crew gave us. Looking back on it now with a lot of nostalgia
