New placement on Netflix! 🙏🏾

@beraudmusic and I recreated the theme for Temptation Island, and it first appears in Episode 1 for over 2 minutes.

What most people don’t see is how this actually happened…

This came from a relationship I built 2 years ago through the @laampmusic program. I won a scholarship to attend LAAMP in 2024 from the team over at @output! I was paired with Beraud on the final songwriting project.

Following up with her later down the road and I just so happen to get the opportunity to work on this. She recorded it (I think the same day).

And here we are! No cold pitch. No viral moment. Just staying consistent, building with the right people, and being ready when the opportunity showed up. Thank you to @jazzhero and @atriummusicofficial for the opportunity!

Over the last few years, #Canada has become an important part of my creative journey.

What started with an introduction from @xcaliberzero turned into sync workshops in Toronto with @mzmeesh17 x @thehooksyncgroup (where I met #musicsupervisor for @wracketmusicsupervision @vybzchantel), returning during @tiff_net with @brianna_shelko and the @levelupmusicproductions team for a writing camp (in collaboration with @guildofmusicsupervisorscanada x @vapormusic x @heatheradamo), building relationships with artists, music supervisors, producers, and creatives throughout the Canadian music community, and continuing to grow real friendships and collaborations along the way.

Those experiences inspired this project.

Boom bap, soul, late night energy, ambition, struggle, perseverance, and growth.

Every song on this project was produced by me, but this album is bigger than production. It’s about community, collaboration, and honoring the relationships built over the last few years.

The project will be available for sync licensing and streaming platforms soon.

Still wrapping final mixes and paperwork now, and there may even be another track or two added before release 👀
