Producer, DJ, and audio engineer SPF 50 brings his sizzling live techno set to loop001. His live set—which debuted as a total barn-burner at Dripping 2025—leans toward the deep and organic while keeping up a driving, percussive energy, moving from exploratory passages into full-bodied, club-shaking surges. Beyond his solo work, Stephan is also a key part of the iconic roaming party series Bob and Shirley, where space, environment, and discovery are central to the experience. That same sensibility carries through to his live act, which makes the dancefloor feel less like a room than a propulsive current you’ve slipped into.

The recording from my debut live set at @dripping.fyi 2025 is now online. Anyone who knows me knows how much this day and this set meant to me. I truly can’t thank @relaxerelaxer and @babymfleo for the trust, and for always pushing their friends and peers to the next level. The titular track, an acid breakbeat techno party starter for the heads, absolutely breaks down the door of the A-side. A2 “Deep Woods” descends into tasty, wiggly, spacious techno. B1 “Kinetic Ritual” is just that…you have arrived in the Zone, a dark corridor leading straight to One and Everyone. Then B2 “UV Got Me Faded” whips you wonky with a modular drumless wobble slap. This is well-crafted dance music that can plunge any crowd into the deep end.
