Looking forward to working with this crew again.
The Dop would like me to point out that this is just the ungraded rushes and not the final film 😜

See you on the next one xx

A shoot that gave me PTSD due to high gusty winds but worked in the end. Thanks to @vickervision and the Outlander crew

Trip up Cadair Idris where myth has it if you stay overnight you are driven mad by the howling of the hound of Cadair. Apparently the hound realised that anyone wild camping in December is probably mad already and left me alone to a peaceful night. Stunning mountain

@helenagonzalezdop taking over this week!

“Plastic Surgery” was such a joy to work on. We shot it last summer, and it’s had an incredible festival run: @norwichfilmfestival @leedsfilmfest @boltonfilmfest @ciff_nv @womenxfest 🎬✨ — plus a few awards at @hollyshorts and @cineeco , and a finalist spot at @londonbreezefilmfestival .

Huge thanks to @guytrev (writer & director) for trusting me with this project; your talent, positivity and energy on set made all the difference.

Because the film involved extensive prosthetics (@specialfxbex ) and a tight 4-day schedule, we had to be extremely prepared. We built a very precise storyboard and lighting plan, thanks @shl.london for the lighting package.

Despite shooting at high speed (I think one day we did 45 setups!), it was one of the shoots where I felt the crew was most in sync. It was important to be able to light the space in a way that gave Anna Popplewell the freedom to perform long, developing shots, and allowed the camera to move and look anywhere. Working with her was an incredible experience.

It was also my first time using the Alexa 35 (thank you @sunbeltrentalsukifilmtv ) and it was absolutely key: it let me light the room with both control and subtlety.

Endless gratitude to @sophiestacey (thank you for your continued belief in me) and @carolinesmosaic for assembling such a fantastic production team. Truly one of the most rewarding and fun sets I’ve ever been on.

Thanks @britishcinematographer for featuring Plastic Surgery in Issue #125 and the recent lighting focus, an incredible honour!

@helenagonzalezdop taking over this week!

A year ago, we had the incredible honor of presenting our film ‘The Life and Deaths of Christopher Lee’ at FrightFest, held at the iconic Odeon Leicester Square cinema.

The screening was an unforgettable experience—the atmosphere in the theatre was electric, with the audience responding with bursts of laughter, spontaneous applause, and genuine enthusiasm throughout the film.

The film mixes traditional documentary with a dash of fantasy. It is narrated by Christopher Lee himself, in the form of an elaborate marionette, splendidly voiced by Peter Serafinowicz (@peterserafinowicz) and combines fresh, exclusive interviews with legendary filmmakers such Peter Jackson, John Landis (@johnlandisofficial) and Joe Dante.

This unique project was brilliantly directed by @jon_spira and brought to life through the dedicated production work of @hank.starrs and the ‘Christopher Lee’ team.

Group Photo: The talented ‘Christopher Lee’ team: (L to R) Composer Jamie Hyatt (@jamie.hyatt) Interviewee/Consultant Jonathan Rigby, Exec. Producer Amer Hilal (@amerhil), Camera Operator Dan Starborg (@warriorscamera), Director of Photography Simon Vickery (@vickervision), Consultant Jo Botting, Producer Hank Starrs (@hank.starrs), Stills Photographer Daisy Starrs (@daisystarrs), Director Jon Spira (@jon_spira), Animator Reid Jameson Potts, Associate Producer Chlöe Eia Hancock (@chloeeia), Editor Alex Barrett (@albaztks), Illustrator Siobhan Callus.

Producers included Adam F. Goldberg, Reinhard Besser, Francesco Capusella, Walter Mair, Carsten Vollmers, Pat Wintersgill, Jonathan Ford, Jonathan Rigby, Candace Cason, Piers Holdsworth Hunt and Jack Oliver.

Hank Starrs and I subsequently worked on @mcsteviehyperd (‘Hyper: The Stevie Hyper D Story’) and currently on ‘A Modern Art Masterpiece,’ a documentary on the making of Stanley Kubrick’s ’Full Metal Jacket.’

I look forward to supporting Director Jon Spira on future projects; a genuine film enthusiast with outstanding creative flair.

It is narrated by Christopher Lee himself, in the form of an elaborate marionette, splendidly voiced by Peter Serafinowicz (@peterserafinowicz) and combines fresh, exclusive interviews with legendary filmmakers such Peter Jackson, John Landis (@johnlandisofficial) and Joe Dante.

This unique project was brilliantly directed by @jon_spira and brought to life through the dedicated production work of @hank.starrs and the ‘Christopher Lee’ team.

Group Photo: The talented ‘Christopher Lee’ team: (L to R) Composer Jamie Hyatt (@jamie.hyatt) Interviewee/Consultant Jonathan Rigby, Exec. Producer Amer Hilal (@amerhil), Camera Operator Dan Starborg (@warriorscamera), Director of Photography Simon Vickery (@vickervision), Consultant Jo Botting, Producer Hank Starrs (@hank.starrs), Stills Photographer Daisy Starrs (@daisystarrs), Director Jon Spira (@jon_spira), Animator Reid Jameson Potts, Associate Producer Chlöe Eia Hancock (@chloeeia), Editor Alex Barrett (@albaztks), Illustrator Siobhan Callus.

Producers included Adam F. Goldberg, Reinhard Besser, Francesco Capusella, Walter Mair, Carsten Vollmers, Pat Wintersgill, Jonathan Ford, Jonathan Rigby, Candace Cason, Piers Holdsworth Hunt and Jack Oliver.

Hank Starrs and I subsequently worked on @mcsteviehyperd (‘Hyper: The Stevie Hyper D Story’) and currently on ‘A Modern Art Masterpiece,’ a documentary on the making of Stanley Kubrick’s ’Full Metal Jacket.’

I look forward to supporting Director Jon Spira on future projects; a genuine film enthusiast with outstanding creative flair.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
