Super Banana Daiquiri 🍌

Built to express banana clearly and cleanly

Banana purée is combined with a daiquiri structure in a 2:1 ratio, keeping the balance while pushing the flavor forward.

Pectinex is used to break down starch, Ascorbic acid helps prevent oxidation

After blending, the mixture rests overnight to separate, making clarification easier (or centrifuge, when needed)

Strained through its own fibers to achieve a clear, clean liquid with a focused banana aroma.

Served stirred or shaken.
